Once you have made a confirmed booking you will be notified of the meeting location in your confirmation email. Meeting locations are within the area of the booked photo safari. You will be required to make your own way to the location.
This photo safari is for owners of DSLR cameras, Mirrorless cameras and Advanced Compact (Point and Shoot) cameras. If you own a smartphone you will not get as much benefit from this tour.
COVID 19 POLICIES
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. There may be a lot of kneeling and leaning so be prepared to get a little dirty to get that one-of-a-kind shot.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
When you reserve a tour date we schedule our photography teachers to provide you with insight into the use of your camera. We will cancel and refund 100% of your reservation cost if we are notified 2 days or more before the tour date. Cancellations that occur 48 hours or less before the tour date will be eligible for a gift certificate. It is acceptable to have another person(s) use your paid reservation if you are unable to attend or you have the option to rebook on another safari if space is available.
Cancellation requests should be sent to service@torontophotosafari.com
In the unlikely event that Toronto Photo Safari cancels a scheduled tour, all registrants will be offered an opportunity to transfer their registration to a new location/date, or receive a full refund without interest.
Weather Policy
Toronto Photo Safari operates rain or shine. A separate itinerary is available on those days when rain is an issue. You will be contacted with an alternate itinerary and meeting location if the weather becomes an issue.
Force Majeure
In the event that it is impossible to hold a tour due to Force Majeure (an Act of God) Toronto Photo Safari will attempt to notify all participants of the cancellation in advance. However neither Toronto Photo Safari, nor any employees of Toronto Photo Safari nor any suppliers or their employees will be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant. All registration fees will be returned in full, without interest, penalty or prejudice.
Force Majeure is defined as causes that are outside the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, that could not be evaded through the exercise of due care in which its consequences make travel and business impossible.
